| back from tahoe, and only now do i realize how much time i've been spending indoors
pretty much like 10 minutes into skiing/snowboarding BAM sunburn on face/chapped lips
also my muscles have pretty much all gone away.... i took a nap every day except for the last one cuz i was so amazingly tired
on the other hand, i seem to have regained some physical abilities.... like walking briskly, other than this, it seems that my heart is just too weak sauce. : /
